I've been told perfection is boring. Well, I'm certainly not boring (just ask my friends) and I'm definitely not perfect (just ask my kids)! Because of this I have a standing policy of rewarding people who nicely bring an error to my attention with a free single pattern download from my Ravelry pattern store.

Sometimes a cold wind blows a chill in my bones

Some days are diamonds some days are stones

John Denver

This stunning, extra-warm shawl is made with Wool of the Andes Superwash Bulky and features a woven diamond pattern. Slipping the traveling stitches on the wrong side makes the diamond design “pop” on the right side while creating a visually pleasing, textured wrong side. Both charted and written directions are provided. All of the traveling stitches can be done without a cable needle–step-by-step directions are included in the Abbreviations section.

Modifications for the blanket version of this pattern are included!
